It has been a little while since I received a Change Box mainly because my subscription ran out and in the craziness of PhD life I forgot to renew it. But I was thrilled when Katie reached out to me asking if I would like the October edition.

The first product is plant based protein which I am super excited to try. It is made with certified organic brown rice and pumpkin seed proteins! I am not the biggest fan of ginger but I am excited to try these! Particularly on my long plane flight to the USA on Sunday!

Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse.
I am super excited to try this product- I am always looking for ways to make my hair shiny! It can be used on both wet and dry hair and helps promote growth and relieves dry scalp (which I suffer from badly!).

Five More Minutes Eye Mask-
I actually squealed when I realised there was an eyemask in this box! I have worn an eyemask for yeaaaaars now and actually can’t sleep without them. I was due to get a new one so it was meant to be. AND I have had my eyes on Ettitude products for a while now (all organic bamboo bedding & sleepwear). The change box came with a 20% off code so I think it is a sign to buy the bedding I’ve had my eyes on!
