I have decided that I LOVE staying in Airbnbs! They are always a surprise and make me feel like I am living someone else’s life for just a few days. If you haven’t checked out my blogpost of a previous Airbnb I stayed in click here.
My latest adventure was to the small island just off my home state (Kangaroo Island), which has always been one of my favourite places, and in my opinion one of Australia’s best kept secrets (stay tuned for a blog post in a few days which will hopefully prove that to you).
We stayed in a tiny beach front (and I mean BEACH FRONT) shack in Emu Bay, which is about a 10-15 minute drive from the largest town on the island, Kingscote.
The house was one bedroom and one bathroom. The living space was a decent size and the balcony really large!
The house was cosy and full of interesting artwork and details, but nothing could beat the view!
If you want an adorable and comfortable homebase to explore the island, don’t look any further!
